Mission

Everyone in the organisation should have a clear understanding of organisational objectives as well as an awareness of their own part in achieving them. This will also help to involve those not directly responsible for achieving the objectives and will also alert people to changes which may affect them.

Specific……. The objectives are clear with complete transparency and should define to the core team articulated focussed well defined goals to attain with defined specific objectives.
Measurable……A goal is ‘measurable’ to the extent that monitoring the progress need to be derived from the System, method or the procedure which can be tracked and recorded the outcome related to the laid objectives.
Achievable…. ‘Achievable’ implies that those to whom Goals are assigned are willing and able to achieve them. A goal is aggressive if objectives present a significant challenge to the Core Team of the organization ensuring commitment.
Realistic and Reasonable…. ‘Realistic’ implies that there is a clear understanding of how the objective might be reached after taking in to account any potential obstacles and constraints. Achievable goals are based on the current conditions and realities of the Business climate with focus on outcomes rather than the means of achieving them.
Time-bound……It is necessary to set a date or time-frame by which the objectives should have been accomplished or completed and this contributes to making objectives measurable. Goals should be time-bound through the creation of deadlines with respect to deliverables.
